Mobile Communications Symphony: Making Ringtones
There is one feature of mobile phones that sets the cell phone apart from ordinary telephones besides its portability: it has the capability to change most of its basic features at the will of its owner. Personal customization is almost always a good thing; it marks one article or possession with your own signature for people to easily see it as yours without even the need to put your name on that object! Customization in mobile phones spans a very wide range that almost borders on the infinite, starting from the conventional hardware to the internal software installed in phones. If you’re thinking up of a good customization for your cellular phone, I can advise that you make ringtones to further personalize your phone.
Ringtones are primarily used (for those who are not from planet Earth) as an alert tone for a cellular mobile phone for different kinds of alerts, like call alerts, message alerts, e-mail alerts, and even security alerts! This is what makes them different from the conventional irritating ringing sound (to which you hurriedly answer sometimes not because the call is urgent, but the ringing sound is just too damn noisy) of landline telephones, because most normal ringtones would almost always give either a catchy tune, a distinct harmonious melody, or an unnatural sound such as techno robotic beats, or even a drill sergeant’s voice hollering at you to pick up the phone.
Making ringtones has been relatively easy in terms of the availability of firmware or programs that can be used, as most mobile phones after the 1st generation post-modern models always feature an editor or a mini-studio program that lets you make ringtones yourself! However, a little musical talent might be necessary to create music properly.
Detail in making ringtones have now evolved to a very high level, thanks to the introduction of polyphonic sounds and MP3 technology to bring music right into your mobile phone as ringtones. Like having an MP3 player in your cellular phone, it sometimes lulls you to the catchy tune, sometimes making me unable to answer a phone call immediately.
Personal home computers are now the new factories for these ringtones, because there are now accessible music editors that you can use, and directly transferring the ringtones to your handset phone only takes a few cables and devices away. Music is literally the correct term to use when we speak of modern ringtones, because there is practically nothing separating the two except that music is a wider scale of comparison (much like how gravity is related to force). A short warning though, any attempt of a pure amateur beginner with no knowledge about music composition to create a ringtone, would most likely be met by utter disappointment to the more superior and experienced composers out there.
Nonetheless, the luxury of your phone standing out among the rest is what makes ringtones very significant for your handset phone, keeping the signature in your handset phone yours and yours alone.
Hi friends! may I know how to defuse a stolen mobile phone handset please.?
My mobile phone handset has been stolen. I want to defuse it so that others may not be able to use it. How to defuse/disable it.
Call the company (Verizon, etc) and ask them to turn it off until you find the phone.
